Redeemer’s orchestral ensemble, Sinfonia, will be performing Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 5,Opus 107, under the direction of Dr. Paul Thorlakson. This is often referred to as the “Reformation Symphony” because it features Martin Luther’s great Reformation tune Ein Feste Berg (A Mighty Fortress).

World-renowned pianist Valerie Tryon will also be welcomed to the stage.  She serves as adjunct faculty for Redeemer’s Music Department and will be performing the Schumann Piano Concerto in A Minor.
