It is amazing how something can trigger a childhood memory.  I can remember how much fun I had at my childhood park with the Supie there doing crafts, playing games with old friends as well as making new ones.

So, if you are looking for an outing with the children here is one you can do, and best of all it is FREE!!

At the Village Green Park, 291 Lodor Street, the City of Hamilton offers a FREE drop in program which is known as SUPIE.

The Supie program is offered Monday to Friday and the hours are 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm with no programming over the lunch hour as well as half days on some Fridays throughout the summer.

The Supie at Village Green Park is trained in various types of activities from crafts to sports and are different everyday. The program is open to children ages 6 to 12 and Parents are welcome to come and participate in activities with their children.

Have you checked out the Village Park Supie Program yet?  If so comment below, we’d love to hear from you.

Please remember that Supie staff are in the parks to implement and lead programs and are not there to replace parent or guardian supervision.

Supie programs and locations are subject to change without notice.
If the weather is not appropriate for outdoor activities, Supie activities will be modified to ensure participant safety.  Supie locations may be closed in the event of extreme weather, where it is unsafe for children to participate.
